Mizuho Nishioka is a photographic artist based in Aotearoa New Zealand. Her work investigates the technological production of images, often discarding traditional photographic methods in favour of experimental processes shaped by software engineering, system design, and environmental forces. Working with natural data, computational tools, and the shifting conditions of the sea and atmosphere, she creates visual worlds that challenge how we understand and represent our environment.
